Theros Estate stands for a complex of 4 villas beautifully adapted to the landscape. Set amphitheatrically, the property provokes a game of hidden and found, revealing itself to the visitor only when taking the stairs down to the main level. A curved stone wall embraces all 4 villas and creates a corridor that connects the villas for the needs of extended groups up to 20 guests.
Design
Designed to hear waves both day and night, the accommodation creates an illusion of living between sea and sky. Floor-to-ceiling windows and wide passages merge indoor and outdoor spaces creating smooth flow throughout the property. Beautiful wooden furniture and surfaces blend with mild colors of other natural materials such as stone and bamboo. The summer days here are designed to be spent around gorgeous private swimming pools.
