Architecture
ikies 3 complex consists of 3 waterfront villas located outside Volos town. Facing the sea, the villas impress with the raw concrete walls and columns, yet the spaces are filled with light. The villas are 80-100m2 in size, each split over 2 floors. 2 of the villas hold 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each and the 3rd villa holds 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. ikies 3 complex was primarily planned for hospitality and accommodates 13 guests in total.
Design
The complex is designed creating slim and tall independent buildings with impression of cubes and tubes – square and lineal spaces. The skylight and floor-to-ceiling windows interfere with raw concrete constructions in most attractive way highlighting the views towards the sea and the sky. ikies 3 design is bold, daring and modern. The selected pieces of furniture, wooden surfaces, mild colors and decorative pieces attribute to its unique style.
