Architecture

Auntie’s Home offers 2 stylish independent apartments of 61 m2 and 60 m2 overlooking magnificent Acropolis. The building used to be charcoal storage and afterwards a textile shop and were completely renovated and designed for hospitality in 2019. The 1st floor apartment can host up to 6 guests offering 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The 2nd floor apartment that also has a roof terrace on the 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom, totally for up to 5 guests.

Design

The apartments have several tailor-made constructions that offer smart solutions, such as wooden built-in beds to accommodate extra guests, kitchen counter that also serves as breakfast table, en-suite wash basin with closing door and other. The bedhead on the 2nd floor apartment was made out of parquet that optically enlarges the room. Finally, the apartments were decorated with old pieces of furniture to emphasize the mix of old and new, classical and modern.
