The Architects’ Villas represent different types of properties from apartments to complexes of villas. While most of our properties are run by hospitality professionals and have their own websites, we give the opportunity for smaller properties to be featured online and for the guests to evaluate the sizes and services of different properties, always with the benefit of talking directly with the owner.
Why should I reserve directly with the owner?
By having the opportunity to talk to the owner you can evaluate the property much better in terms of suitability for your group, while the owner can guide you through the different types of rooms/apartments/houses/villas, advise on bedding situation and extras for the children, offer complimentary services and confirm final rates. You have the opportunity to talk with the person who knows the property better than anyone else and complete a reservation in a secure way.

What should I know when choosing a holiday rental for a first time?
When reserving apartment, house or villa you should note that we represent self-catering properties that are designed and equipped for cooking at home and do not offer breakfast service. Further, while at most of our properties maid service is provided, some properties do not offer such service and you should clarify cleaning arrangements directly with the owner. Nevertheless, all our properties are equipped with towels and linen, bathroom amenities and offer welcome basket for a carefree start of your holidays.
What should I ask the owner when travelling with children?
Most of our properties are suitable for children and welcome children of all ages offering baby cot, high chair, children tableware and more amenities free of charge. However, you should always state the fact that you are travelling with children and mention their ages to the owner. Some properties are not suitable for very small children and would not suite your group.
Are your properties pet friendly?
Most of our properties are pet friendly and may offer you some amenities for your 4 leg friends. The pet friendly properties have certain rules the guests have to follow and may add a deep cleaning departure fee or ask a guarantee deposit. You should always inform the owner that you are bringing a pet with you, despite the fact that the property has a pet friendly sign. The owner will inform you about pet policies at the property as well as in the area and prepare the accommodation accordingly to your needs.
Are long terms available at your properties?
Each holiday rental has certain rules when it comes to a minimum and maximum stay.
