Architecture
8kto guests house is located in Skiathos town, couple of minutes walk away from the vivid Papadiamantis street. This corner house has balconies with interesting wooden constructions and sun awnings. In total the house has 8 rooms, split over 3 floors, and a cozy common roof terrace. The rooms are sized from 14m2 to 18m2, all equipped with double beds and designed for adult travelers. The house was fully reconstructed and redesigned for hospitality in 2018.
Design
The house was redesigned to host couples, in total up to 16 guests. The ground floor of the building features spacious reception with lounge that has a big built-in corner sofa. Slat walls and ceiling together with plywood constructions give the fresh and natural touch. The staircase that leads to the 3rd floor has skylight window that fills the space with natural daylight. The cozy terrace upstairs was designed for a common use.
