
Casa Antica is a unique example of traditional Mani and modern architecture. Built in 19th century and reconstructed in 2012, Casa Antica was awarded as the best built project in Greece by ΔΟΜΕΣ Awards.
Casa Antica is located in a picturesque settlement next to a miniature Byzantine church. The villa welcomes with an old wooden gate opening to a courtyard. An external staircase connects it to the top level with a spacious living room, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor terrace called “liakoto”,offering beautiful views to the sea and the settlement. The Master Bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the middle level and there are further two bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground level. The villa has a large swimming pool in irregular shape with views to the mountains. Lightweight steel stairs, massive stone walls and visual contact between the different levels are unique characteristics of Casa Antica.
