Its surroundings dictated the concept of a low building with generous outdoor areas allowing all spaces to overlook the sea. The villa stands out for its wide openings - big windows and passages - and for its white color. The villa is 210m2 in size and has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 8 guests. This impressive villa was primarily designed to host families and groups of friends.
Design
The villa has a square shape and is split into 2 levels. The alluring outdoor area on upper floor is divided into several relax areas, such as lounge with comfy seating, sunbeds with daybed and BBQ area. Its imposing swimming pool area also has a shallow part, ideal to chill or for the little ones to play.
