Architecture
4-bedroom Atrium Villas were designed in dialogue with the nature on the hillside among olive trees. The stone of excavation was used in the construction yet despite the stone walls, the villas feel light because of big openings towards the magnificent Aegean sea. The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each of 120m2. Each villa accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and has 3-4 bathrooms. The number of floors in the villas vary from 2 to 3 and each villa is composed of 2 buildings.
Design
The villas were built in 2015 and were primarily designed for hospitality. Some of the bedrooms are located in a separate building one above the other, as a reference to the stone tower. The most attractive areas are the covered outdoor pergolas with Houe furniture for al fresco dining that allow adore amazing sea views and the most romantic sunsets on the island. Wooden constructions and wooden floors indoors together with earthy tones and soft fabrics create relaxing design.
