The aim to offer architectural holiday rentals with sense of destination has led us to a common project, The Architects\u2019 Villas. Separately we hold M. Arch and BBA degrees and together we run The Architects\u2019 Villas since 2015.<\/p>\n
Each property we represent was designed by Nikitas and his office hharchitects and their design is our unique ID in holiday rentals. It is not only the properties we know down to their details, but also the people behind them. Each holiday rental of belongs to our family members and close friends, people we know the best.<\/p>\n
From drawings to a delightful stay, we are devoted to our job and to each guest who chooses our properties for their character, location, connection to the nature, and relies on our knowledge and services during the stay.<\/p>\n
At our properties architecture and design meet comfort and hospitality, which we believe to be the key elements for a memorable stay.<\/p>\n
With 3 children and a home in Athens, we are constantly travelling between Skiathos Island and Mani Peloponnese, looking for the same values.<\/p>\n
