Architecture
Thalasses Villas complex consist of 3 villas, encaved into surroundings. Designed in L shape, each Thalasses Villa has a spacious outdoors area with 40 m2 infinity pool with sea views. Each villa has two buildings connected with a pergola. First building has kitchen and living room area and the second one has 1-2 bedrooms with their bathrooms. With small architectural differences between them, the villas accommodate up to 6, 4 and 4 guests each and are 92m2, 75m2 and 75m2 in size.
Design
The villas have floor-to-ceiling windows that frame all bedrooms offering the views over the pool and further to a little Arkos Islet and Skopelos Island in the horizon. With a reference to a rock, living room and kitchen have a massive stone wall and on the contrary to this construction huge windows fulfills the space with light. The villas were designed for small families and little groups with all the luxury and comfort a private villa can offer.
