Kechria Bay Villas stand for a newly built complex of 3 independent holiday villas that beautifully blend into surrounding nature. The complex offers unforgettable sea view with most amazing sunsets over western Skiathos coast, just 4 min walk from a relaxing Kechria beach, where you can have an excellent lunch and dinner. Each villa has 140m2 of outdoor spaces and is split over 2-3 levels. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.
Design
The villas were built next to each other in a line with views toward Aegean sea - Kechria beach, Mandraki area and Pillion in the distance. Using stone, that was a product of excavation, massive stone walls were built and many steel constructions were used to create pergolas and shades. Indoors, the bedrooms have tailor-made headboards and closets. The selection of the colors combine harmoniously, emphasizing the natural materials that have been used.
